Prior to date of arrival:
• More than 90 days: No cancellation fee (Excluding bank charges and the 20% non refundable deposit)
• 89 – 46 days: 25% cancellation fee
• 45 – 30 days: 50% cancellation fee
• Less than 30 days: 100% cancellation fee
NO SHOWS
In the case of a no show, the booking will attract a 100% penalty.
REFUNDS POLICY
Cancellation of bookings by the client and all refunds will attract a 10% administration and bank charge fee (Excluding the 20% non refundable deposit).
